The Role

Responsible for leading a high-performance loan operations team that delivers exceptional administrative services for corporate credit facilities across various banking units. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and robust risk management.

This role potentially could take over an expanded mandate of Loan Closing in the future.

  • Team Leadership and Performance
    • Assist in developing a customer-centric team, driving productivity, operational efficiency, and professional growth
    • Assist the manager in managing team performance, staffing, and work volume, providing weekly reporting to senior management
    • Coach and mentor junior / new team members to enhance individual and collective capabilities


  • Operational Management
    • Administer loan information for syndicated and direct lending deals
    • Verify financial limits, ensure calculation accuracy, and manage fund disbursements
    • Validate adherence to loan documentation terms, including pricing, conditions, and limits
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues
  • Risk and Compliance
    • Implement and maintain rigorous operational controls
    • Ensure compliance with:
    • Operational Risk Management Framework
    • Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework
    • AML/ATF Global Handbook
    • Organizational Conduct Guidelines
    • Proactively identify and escalate policy exceptions
  • Systems and Technical Expertise
    • Develop comprehensive knowledge of loan platforms (ACBS, Loan IQ)
    • Ensure accurate accounting entries and system integrations
    • Support special projects and complex operational challenges
