Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-stack development, encompassing both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Prior experience in a startup environment preferred.
• Ability to tackle complex problems in dynamic environments.
• Desire to have a significant impact on the business as an early team member.
• Regular use of AI coding tools like Cursor or Codex.
• Proficient in client and server-side JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python, SQL, databases, CI/CD, Git, and generative AI models.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with Dioptra's founders in a focused product and engineering team.
• Develop and enhance front-end experiences to showcase AI functionalities for users.
• Create user-friendly, high-quality interfaces for major enterprises including Microsoft and Johnson & Johnson.
• Exercise meaningful ownership over user experience and product strategy.
• Contribute to shaping AI applications within the enterprise legal technology market at a crucial time.
