Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Applications Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing technical support and solutions to our clients, ensuring that our applications meet their needs while adhering to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers during the pre-sale and post-sale process
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to clients
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals for applications
- Assist in product development by providing feedback on customer needs and industry trends
- Conduct training sessions for clients on application usage and best practices
- Ensure compliance with UL safety standards and assist in the certification process
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in Applications Engineering or a similar role
- Strong understanding of technical sales processes and customer engagement
- Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOMs) and product development cycles
- Proficient in CAD software, with experience in AutoCAD preferred
- Knowledge of UL safety standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, industry events, and trade shows as needed.
