Texas Health and Human Services Commission requires the services of 1 Applications Architect 3, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Applications Architect 3, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
The primary responsibility is to upgrade PeopleSoft FSCM on Linux and Oracle platforms, and to build, configure, and maintain multiple environments in close coordination with the database administrator.
Required Experience (8 years minimum each)
- Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 PUM upgrades.
- Middleware setup and management, including WebLogic and Tuxedo.
- Troubleshooting within PeopleTools 8.6x environments.
- Advanced scripting skills (Linux, SQL).
- Experience with at least four search framework technologies (Elasticsearch, OpenSearch).
Preferred Experience
- 4 years: Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government).
- 2 years: Experience working with a hosting vendor.
- 2 years: Experience working with Phire.
- 2 years: Experience working with Tivoli Scheduler.
