Overview

Develops, configures, tests, modifies, and supports software applications and integrations using AI-enabled developmenttools, Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, and related technologies. Works within established architectures, designspecifications, development standards, and change-control procedures to support back-office ERP and finance systems.Collaborates with more experienced developers, IT support teams, and business partners to clarify requirements, documentsolutions, conduct testing, and support deployment and production issue resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, test,modify, and support deployment of assigned software applications and integrations based on approved requirements and design specifications.
  • Apply established integration patterns, coding standards, security requirements, and architectural guidelines to assigned solutions.
  • Use approved AI development tools to support coding, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Develop and apply working knowledge of back-office ERP, finance systems, and related business processes.
  • Review and clarify technical requirements with business partners and more experienced technical team members.
  • Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, test plans, andimplementationmaterials for review.
  • Investigate and resolve moderately complex application and integration issues using established diagnostic methods.
  • Escalate novel, high-risk, or architecture-related issues to senior engineers or technical leadership.
  • Follow established change-control procedures and coordinate testing and implementation activities with business and IT teams.
  • Prepare andmaintaintechnical documentation, user instructions, and training materials using established formats.
  • Organize assigned work across multiple projects and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to project and technical leads.
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.
  • Complete all special projects and otherduties asassigned.

Base compensation ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
