Full Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW

The Application Administrator II is a critical technical role responsible for the expert-level configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of complex enterprise software.
Serving as the vital bridge between complex technical systems and end-user success, you will ensure performance standards and high availability are met within a highly regulated environment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-level support for complex application issues; perform deep-dive root-cause analysis and execute timely resolutions.
  • Proactively monitor application performance, manage critical system patches, and execute configuration updates to ensure enterprise stability.
  • Plan and support end-to-end application deployments and upgrades. Define project scope, set milestones, and ensure deadlines are met through effective governance.
  • Collaborate on new software implementations and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure seamless transitions for business units.
  • Identify system bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements to enhance the overall user experience and system throughput.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal knowledge base, including system architecture diagrams, troubleshooting protocols, and core process documentation
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management to ensure departmental goals are met.


SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS administration, windows server administration
  • Ability to work and communicate with all levels of employee and management in a supportive and analytical role
  • Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning
  • Experience with enterprise application support, including SQL and reporting
  • Understands and applies change control procedures effectively, especially for all SOX applications
  • Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties
  • Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
  • Relevant professional experience or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in IT and application support, preferably within banking or financial services is required

Annual pay ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
