Job Title: Analytics Business Manager
Reports to: Director, Analytics

As an Analytics Business Manager at Conga, you will serve as the bridge between data and business strategy-translating analytics into actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to understand business needs, define key metrics, and deliver reporting and analysis that supports growth and operational excellence.

This role is both strategic and hands-on: you'll manage key analytics initiatives, build dashboards and reporting, and ensure teams are equipped with the insights they need to make informed decisions.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

Tools and Systems Experience
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.

The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.

$113,920-$182,270 USD
