Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Trust and Safety Analyst-related occupation. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Trust and Safety Analyst-related occupation.
  • Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Trust and Safety analytics for actionable insights and trend identification; Project management of cross-functional initiatives, including the use of content moderation tools; Machine learning concepts for Trust & Safety application; Operations improvement through automation and analytics; and Collaborating globally, across and beyond Trust and Safety team, to advance common goals.


Responsibilities
  • Design and implement integrations between business objectives and systems, building strategies that support key business functions.
  • Conduct strategic analysis to identify trends, optimize business performance, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, overseeing planning, timeline estimation, and issue tracking from start to finish.
  • Utilize large datasets to architect metrics, synthesize information, and influence business decisions by presenting key insights.
  • Drive process improvements for stakeholders by managing escalations, providing solutions, and implementing recommendations. Oversee operational monitoring and error resolution to reduce latency, prevent inaccuracies, and ensure process excellence.
