Full Job Description
The Client Coordination Analyst is a critical member of the client support team for high-net worth and ultra-high-net worth families, philanthropies and their staff. This role sits within ICONIQ Investment Management which strives to deliver exceptional investment portfolios by harnessing the differentiated capital and strategic strength of the ICONIQ community.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide general, ad hoc operational and administrative support to client team members advising a select number of complex clients.
  • Drive document preparation and signature facilitation for a range of client critical solutions, including contracts, grants, scholarships, NDAs, and other legal agreements.
  • Liaise with external advisors and service providers for review of documents, contracts, NDAs and legal agreements in conjunction with client team members.
  • Assist in comprehensive record-keeping, including electronically filing and organizing all executed documents.
  • Own daily and real-time maintenance of internal information, statuses and project trackers, as well as suggesting improvements to internal tracking systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with administration for other client projects or internal team processes as needed.

Ideal Candidate Background:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience (Paralegal, administrative assistant experience welcomed; family office, wealth management or other experience working with high-net-worth families is a plus).
  • Demonstrated aptitude for exceptionally strong organizational skills and rigorous attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiasm and a strong aptitude for learning.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees across multiple offices to exceed clients' expectations.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $80,000 - $90,000 together with the benefits listed above.
