Analyst - Asset Based Finance
Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with PM to evaluate new opportunities for asset-based finance, asset based lending and corporate lending transactions
- Financial and cash flow modeling of collateral from a broad spectrum of industries for suitability for asset-oriented facilities.
- Prepare internal documentation to evaluate new opportunities, including pre-screens and final approval documentation.
- Supporting investment team members by gathering data on potential investment opportunities and developing recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to develop, enhance and manage investment cash flow models that support scenario analysis and return objectives across a diverse and evolving set of asset classes
- Drafting sections of investment memos and compiling reporting materials under supervision
- Actively monitoring existing investments in the portfolio; helping track portfolio performance metrics and gathering data on trends for team review
- Creating models for internal deal analysis and tracking
- Supporting due diligence processes by collecting and organizing relevant information
- Supporting deal execution processes and post-closing workstreams

Qualifications:
- 3+ years direct experience in corporate credit, asset based lending or asset based finance
- Familiarity with asset-based finance, asset based lending across broad industries, including specific sector risks and nuances.
