Executive Support Ops Lead

Meet the Team

Core to the health and growth of our business, Millennium's Information Technology organization builds the flexible, scalable platforms and advanced proprietary systems that support the firm's active, multi-manager model. Within this organization, the End User Services team delivers high-touch support across executive, business, and trading environments, partnering closely with engineering, security, facilities, and vendor teams to provide reliable, responsive service for critical users and workflows.

What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day technology support for the CEO's administrative team, serving as the primary point of contact, trusted technical advisor, and escalation lead across office, home office, travel, and offsite environments
  • Partner closely with the CEO's assistants and administrative staff to understand schedules, priorities, and event requirements, translating them into clear support plans and coordinated execution
  • Work with the EVIP team to ensure executive meeting readiness, including VC and AV setup for Zoom, Webex, boardrooms, webcasts, town halls, rehearsals, contingency planning, and rapid onsite troubleshooting
  • Coordinate across technology teams to manage projects, upgrades, and service updates, ensuring clear stakeholder communication and seamless execution
  • Support core productivity and identity platforms including O365, Exchange, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, multifactor authentication, SSO, Webex, and Zoom
  • Support key financial services applications including Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon, Microsoft Office, in-house applications, and PDF tools, coordinating with vendors on escalations as needed
  • Proactively monitor critical endpoints, calendars, meeting spaces, and upcoming executive administrative activities to identify risks early and prevent service disruption
  • Establish clear support procedures, escalation paths, runbooks, and readiness checklists, while tracking service levels, recurring issues, preventive actions, and concise updates during high-impact incidents


What You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in VIP or executive support, trading floor support, or desktop engineering, including experience leading or coordinating support for executives or executive administrative teams
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows 11, iOS, and macOS environments
  • Experience using AI platforms to support research, automation, and documentation workflows
  • Hands-on experience with video conferencing platforms and conference room technology solutions
  • Experience with mobile device management tools such as Intune and BlackBerry
    Core networking knowledge and practical troubleshooting skills using common support tools
  • Experience supporting Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon, and other financial services applications
  • Outstanding communication, discretion, professionalism, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work onsite in Midtown Manhattan, participate in an on-call rotation, and support after-hours events; scripting, automation, reporting, SQL, MongoDB, travel flexibility, and the ability to safely handle equipment are helpful additions


Salary Range
Millennium offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
