State Street is seeking a skilled and proven candidate to lead and work with the team responsible for client conversion and business acceptance testing at the Assistant Vice President level. The role is responsible for providing leadership, project management and oversight of the various Front to Back sub-streams, initiatives and deliverables. This includes planning and overseeing the implementation and project level of sub-streams, execution of project deliverables and producing reporting associated with each to enable the achievement of integration goals and financial synergies.
Major Responsibilities:- Provide leadership, management and drive the execution of sub-work stream initiatives within the overall Client Conversion Services workstream
- Drive execution through stringent project management and close attention to detail of sub-streams Alpha, Client onboarding and ESP initiatives
- Knowledge of Investment Manager Servicing/Transaction Management/Core State Street business offerings
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing
- Oversee Vendor relationship and Vendor team management
- Resolve solution impediments with stakeholders, drive project progress, escalate risks, issues and solutions. Implement project changes and interventions to achieve program goals
- Manage preparation for sub-stream governance meetings including project plan consolidation and materials preparations
- Provide a complete middle office solution to State Street clients
- Prepare and present program/project level executive status reports
- Provide asset owners and managers a dynamic, customizable, and scalable self-service platform for all their data needs
- Perform financial management oversight of sub-streams to enable achievement of integration financial goals and synergies
- Engage effectively with vendor partners for seamless delivery and people management
- Mentor team on tools, processes and standards
- Perform internal communications using multiple communication channels
Qualifications:Education and Experience- Advanced or Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years financial services experience including project/program management experience
- PMP Certification and/or consulting experience required

- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple organizations to reach common goals
- Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and able to use advanced features of PowerPoint and Excel
Salary Range: $80,000 - $140,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
