Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, technology, or a similar field.
- Experience creating insights using SQL and other problem-solving tools to present findings and recommendations.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience in planning, consulting, investment banking, or similar data-driven business roles.
- Experience with SQL and other database, scripting, or business intelligence tools.
- Ability to influence business leadership with investigative skills, combined with business judgment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to construct simple and impactful messages from complex analysis.

Responsibilities- Influence executive-level decision making through deep, scalable, and actionable analytical insights into core business decisions such as prioritization of growth opportunities.
- Provide insights to the business through analysis of bookings, activity, and product data to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness of our sales teams.
- Serve as a thought partner to Sales Leadership, translating operational cadences into insights and leading proactive initiatives that accelerate business growth.
- Plan, set goals, manage territory design, expansion plans, and business activities (e.g., weekly pipeline reviews, monthly business growth forecasts, staff meetings, MBRs, QBRs and other cadences).
- Structure and communicate ambiguous, and challenging business issues to advise the AI Sales leadership team.
