As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of program and project roadmaps to drive business priorities, strategic outcomes, and on-time, cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop strategy and define ambiguous programs or processes that address significant challenges, measuring success by direct business impact.
  • Lead engagement with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts across multiple verticals to identify dependencies and assess the impact of new programs, including regulatory, privacy, and compliance initiatives.
  • Represent product and engineering teams in cross-functional forums to uncover critical dependencies and drive alignment on shared Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations to ensure seamless collaboration.
