We are seeking an experienced AI Security Architect to lead the design and governance of security solutions across cloud, data, application, and AI environments. This role is responsible for developing enterprise security architectures, assessing and mitigating AI-related risks, implementing security controls, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and AI governance standards. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise security, cloud platforms, and AI/ML technologies, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders and enable the secure adoption of innovative AI solutions.
Position Responsibilities: - Develop and implement enterprise security controls and architecture standards across infrastructure, cloud, and application environments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of security controls, identifies gaps, and drive risk-based remediation and continuous improvement activities.
- Design and deliver custom security solutions, integrations, and automation capabilities to address evolving business and security requirements.
- Establish and maintain security controls and governance practices for the secure adoption and use of AI technologies.
- Provide strategic security guidance and ensures alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, security architecture, or a related field, with progressive responsibility in enterprise environments.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing security controls for cloud platforms, data platforms, and large-scale enterprise technology solutions.
- 3+ years of experience securing AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions, including AI governance, data protection, and risk management practices.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master's degree considered an asset.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent are considered an asset.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience developing and implementing enterprise AI security strategies, governance frameworks, and security architectures.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML security risks, including model poisoning, prompt injection, data leakage, adversarial attacks, and model abuse.
- Experience securing cloud-native data and AI platforms, including Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Databricks
- Knowledge of industry frameworks and standards related to cybersecurity, privacy, AI governance, and responsible AI.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and business teams at all levels.
