  • Coach teams in Scrum, Kanban, Lean-Agile practices, Definition of Done, estimation, flow, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate dependencies and communication across teams on the Agile Release Train.
  • Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize features and stories and create testable acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain information radiators, collect meaningful team metrics, and use evidence to improve predictability, quality, and throughput.
  • Observe team dynamics, strengthen accountability and collaboration, and mentor less-experienced Scrum Masters.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • Early-stage flexibility with partial telework during initial development phases
  • Full-time on-site presence at secure facility in Washington, DC will be required as the program matures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical, operational, security, and customer teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Eight to twelve years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master for a software development, systems integration, or other technical delivery team.
  • Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or a comparable Agile certification.
  • Experience with Jira or another Agile lifecycle-management tool and the ability to use metrics to improve team performance.
Preferred Qualifications
