What You Will Do:The Archibus Scrum Master will join a dynamic team supporting a global IT systems implementation at the Department of State. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for using Agile project management to support the implementation of Archibus, an Integrated Workplace Management System.
Day to Day Responsibilities May Include:
- Lead Agile/Scrum delivery across various Archibus Implementation Teams.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe methodologies to strengthen adoption and delivery maturity.
- Identify and remove impediments, manage risks, and help teams maintain focus on sprint goals and delivery commitments.
- Use Agile metrics, including velocity, predictability, and team health, to promote transparency and continuous improvement.
- Promote delivery best practices across configutation, testing, and release activities to support quality outcomes.
- Partner with Product Owners to refine the backlog, prioritize work, and align sprint execution with business objectives.
- Communicate clearly with leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery status.
What You Will Need:- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- FIVE (5) or more years of professional experience, including THREE (3) or more years supporting Agile software development or technology implementation project
What Would Be Nice To Have:- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience supporting the Department of State
- Experience using Jira, DevOps, or similar Agile lifecycle management tools to manage backlogs, sprints, and reporting
