Job Description

In coordination with the client's Senior Program Manager, the resource will manage project planning and reporting while also executing Agile ceremonies and supporting continuous delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication for the team.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with the Technical Lead Engineer and Business Analyst to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog aligned to business goals.
  • Track and report progress using Agile and traditional project metrics (velocity, burndown, milestones, risks, issues).
  • Remove impediments, ensure cross-functional alignment, and maintain team commitments.
  • Coordinate with QA and test automation resources to integrate quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software delivery project management and Agile team facilitation.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery approaches.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$95000 to $118665

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
