Full Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY

TS Imagine is building an agentic marketing system - a continuously operating AI layer that scores leads, automates campaigns, tracks competitors, and surfaces sales intelligence in real time. This is not a marketing automation role. It sits at the intersection of AI systems, revenue operations, and capital markets domain expertise.

As Agentic Marketing Architect, you will own this system end to end: its architecture, its infrastructure, its day-to-day operation. You will choose the technology stack. You will work directly with the CMO and across the Revenue organization, embedding AI-driven intelligence into every stage of the pipeline - from first intent signal to closed deal.

This is a founding, senior individual contributor role on a lean, high-output marketing team. It demands someone who has built and operated a production-grade agentic marketing system in a regulated environment and knows exactly what that takes.

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD & OPERATE

The scope spans four operating capabilities. How you architect and connect them is yours to determine:
• Lead intelligence - real-time account prioritization using CRM and intent data, with pipeline signals delivered continuously to Sales
• Campaign automation - behaviour-triggered nurture and self-adjusting campaign logic that operates without manual intervention
• Sales enablement - contextual surfacing of the right content at the right moment in the sales workflow, with automated content library maintenance
• Competitive intelligence - continuous monitoring of competitor signals and automated refresh of battle cards integrated into the sales process

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Define and own the architecture of the agentic marketing system - infrastructure, data model, agent design, and tooling choices are yours to make
• Build and deploy LLM-based agents for lead scoring, content recommendation, and competitive monitoring, with appropriate evaluation frameworks and human-in-the-loop checkpoints where the business requires them
• Construct the data pipeline that connects CRM, intent data, web analytics, and ad platforms into a unified, continuously updating signal
• Operate the system in production: monitor performance, debug failures, retrain models, and iterate on agent logic as market and business conditions evolve
• Define and track performance metrics across all capabilities; report outcomes to the CMO and Revenue leadership
• Collaborate closely with Sales to understand what pipeline intelligence actually moves deals, and build to that signal
• Work with the broader marketing team to ensure the system integrates with campaigns, events, and content workflows

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience
• 6-8 years of professional experience across marketing technology, revenue operations, growth engineering, or a related discipline - a software engineering background is not required, but you must be capable of building and shipping production systems
• Demonstrated track record of building and operating a production-grade agentic marketing system at a financial technology firm or a company in a highly regulated industry - this is a firm requirement
• Proven B2B experience; you understand enterprise sales cycles, account-based marketing, and how pipeline intelligence translates into closed revenue
• Experience deploying and operating cloud-based production systems - you are comfortable owning infrastructure decisions and accountable for uptime

Domain Knowledge
• Deep understanding of B2B financial services - how capital markets firms buy software, what they care about, and how compliance and procurement constraints shape the sales cycle
• Genuine, demonstrable interest in AI - you follow the field, have opinions on tooling and architecture, and have applied LLMs to real business problems in production

Technical Fluency
• Fluent in modern marketing technology - you can evaluate, integrate, and orchestrate the tools that make an agentic revenue system work, including platforms across paid media, analytics, cloud infrastructure, AI, CRM, and data warehousing (such as Google Ads, GA4, Google Cloud, Claude, Salesforce, and Snowflake)
• Able to design and implement LLM-based agents and agentic workflows, including evaluation, guardrails, and observability in production
• Strong working knowledge of CRM data models and marketing/revenue data stacks
• Capable of evaluating model output quality and building appropriate human-in-the-loop review processes for business-critical automation

NICE TO HAVE
• Prior experience with intent data platforms or programmatic advertising ecosystems
• Familiarity with headless content architectures and CMS tooling
• Bilingual English/French - working language of the role is English; French is an asset in Montreal

THE TEAM

You will join a lean in-house marketing team supported by five specialist agencies covering PR & content, social media, creative and advertising, operations, and video production. The CMO oversees strategy, budget, and executive alignment. This is a senior individual contributor role - no direct reports at outset, with scope to grow as the system matures.

WHY TS IMAGINE?
• On-site role-4 days per week in our Montreal office, with 1 day of flexibility.
• Unlimited vacation + 3 personal days.
• Annual bonus and salary review.
• $1,500 training budget to fuel your growth.
• RRSP matching (3% company contribution).
• Comprehensive health insurance.
• Subsidized public transportation (Opus & Cie).

Note: This role is not remote-applicants must be based in Montreal.
