This role serves as a Financial Expert Advisor within a healthcare organization, guiding strategic financial decisions and driving performance improvement across clinical and administrative areas. The Advisor partners closely with executives, clinical teams, and finance leaders to ensure financial sustainability, optimize resource utilization, and align operations with industry best practices. The position focuses on financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on healthcare economics, reimbursement, and revenue cycle management.
Responsibilities
  • Provide expert financial guidance and consultation to executives, clinical teams, and finance departments to support informed decision-making.
  • Support and enhance financial planning processes, including the development and monitoring of financial performance improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze financial, operational, and clinical data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • Prepare and present executive-level reports and dashboards that clearly communicate costs, revenues, performance measures, and key financial insights.
  • Partner with organizational leadership to identify growth opportunities, revenue enhancement strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.

Essential Skills

  • Prior experience in a hospital, health system, or regulated industry environment.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, regulatory frameworks, and financial operations.

Pay and Benefits
