Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator-MH/SUD Case Management Services, a leadership position that plans, develops, implements and supervises case management managers that have oversight of employees providing services to children that are experiencing serious emotional disturbance (SED) and children and adults with serious mental illness (SMI), co-occurring disorders; adults with substance use disorders.
Job Duties

  • Position continuously monitors performance reports for productivity, billing and reimbursement and quality
  • Monitor the overall commitment to established productivity standards related to MH case management services delivered to include staff performance assessment and improvement.
  • Responsible for ongoing identification of program needs and the development of applicable responses for assigned program areas. Includes identifying vehicle needs, facility needs and staffing needs.
  • Connects with local and state government officials, community representatives, community service organizations and resources.
  • Position represents the agency with state, and community organizations through participation in meetings while coordinating service delivery with those organizations.
  • Participates in the collaboration with community organizations, agencies, DBHDS, advocacy groups and others on behalf of clinical services and the agency.
  • Position gives presentations and conducts public information briefings as required.
  • Stay abreast of licensure compliance with Medicaid documentation requirements specific to service provision and reimbursement issues.
  • Manage and maintain program compliance with regulations and standards as set forth by the agency and its regulating authorities for assigned program services.

Bachelor's degree in a behavioral healthcare/human services field required; Masters Degree preferred.

Required Experience:
Extensive experience in service provision for persons with diagnosed disabilities to include serious mental illness, co-occurring substance use disorders and developmental disabilities. Minimum of two years of supervisory and program management experience required.
