Overview

An Account Supervisor is responsible for executing the fundamentals of advertising with excellence - from providing thought leadership in strategic planning, to building during creative development, to ensuring the creative output achieves clients' and the agency's objectives. They are delivering the day-to-day work with excellence, while building trust with all internal departments, clients and partner agencies. They oversee any AEs/AAEs and manage up accordingly. They should provide day-to-day leadership and are responsible for maximizing the client's budget by looking for timely, strategic solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partners to create innovative, business solutions based on expert knowledge of the client's business, industry, market trends and encourages new ideas from direct reports
  • Act as a key client contacts, overseeing all aspects of key projects of brand idea from initial concept through to execution
  • Communicates with client regularly to set project expectations, negotiate deliverables and obtain updates on the client's business
  • Manages ways to bring ideas to life across departments, gains support and ownership of all key stakeholders to execute project plans and productions on time and budget.
  • Management of direct reports, fostering and enabling their growth and best performance
  • Makes suggestions for broadening the range of strategies and tactics employed on a given project or brand
  • Ensures creative product is developed according to deliverables
  • Manages project scope & defines project resource requirements
  • Maintains quality assurance and develops ideas for continuous improvement
  • Reinforces roles and accountabilities internally and with the client
  • Identifies opportunities to incorporate sister agencies and ensures strategic alignment so that the best ideas get to market
  • Guides, advises, assists and inspires all team members with the explicit goal of developing the next generation of account management talent at the agency
  • Applies understanding of key financial measures to brand management and uses financial analysis to evaluate opportunities

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $120,159.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
