What You Will Do:
Build strong grower relationships: Actively engage with customers, understand their operations and production goals, and maintain consistent communication. Building trust and rapport is essential for long-term success.
Drive ag sales growth: Implement sales strategies, manage your sales pipeline and grow business within your assigned agriculture territory. This includes identifying opportunities, closing deals and meeting sales targets.
Stay informed about ag equipment, technology and trends: Continuously learn about the John Deere agriculture lineup, precision ag solutions and shortline products you're selling. Stay current on market and farming trends so you can educate customers and provide tailored solutions.
Self-motivation and organization: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and self-motivation. You'll handle multiple grower accounts, so staying organized is crucial. Efficiently manage your time and tasks to meet customer needs.

What You Will Need:
