About the role:We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to support and grow Clutch's wholesale portfolio. In this role, you'll own a Portfolio of Accounts and be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving repeat sales, and expanding your portfolio through new account acquisition.
You'll play a key role in revenue growth by understanding your clients' businesses, identifying opportunities, and executing consistent outreach across multiple channels.
What you'll do: - Own the performance and growth of your portfolio of wholesale accounts - build strong relationships and actively leverage them to drive sales, increase bid activity, and maximize account value
- Source and onboard new dealer accounts - expand your portfolio by identifying, prospecting, and converting new business opportunities
- Drive account activity and auction participation (Eblock, Openlane etc.) across your portfolio by proactively generating demand, securing autobids, and increasing bid activity
- Engage accounts in meaningful, sales-focused conversations - discuss specific inventory, match vehicles to account needs, and actively push for bids and autobids
- Execute the full auction cycle - build demand ahead of auctions, actively drive participation from accounts during auctions to increase bidding activity, and follow up post-auction to gather feedback and maintain momentum
- Maintain consistent portfolio coverage - actively manage your accounts, prioritize outreach based on opportunity, re-engage inactive dealers, and ensure consistent contact across your portfolio
- Operate with speed and urgency - address dealer issues, including arbitrations and post-sale concerns, while maintaining momentum on sales and account activity
- Maintain high daily outreach activity - consistently connect with accounts to meet defined KPIs and drive portfolio performance
- Track performance and activity - use tools like HubSpot to manage your pipeline, document activity, and monitor results
What we're looking for: - Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with a track record of driving measurable results
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and KPI-driven environment with clear expectations and accountability
- Highly motivated and driven by targets, KPIs, and daily activity - able to maintain consistent outreach and engagement across a large portfolio
- Strong communicator who can lead effective, sales-focused conversations - able to discuss specific inventory, handle objections, and drive bids and autobids
- Ability to operate with speed and urgency - quickly address account needs, resolve issues, and move seamlessly between customer support and sales
- Organized and detail-oriented - able to manage a high volume of accounts, track activity, and maintain consistent follow-up
- Positive, coachable attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and take feedback
- Self-starter who takes ownership of their performance and follows through consistently
- A valid OMVIC license is required, or you must be willing to obtain one within the first month of employment.
- Must be comfortable working 100% on-site at our Mississauga facility
It'd be great if you have:- Experience using dealership management systems or wholesale marketplaces
- Familiarity with vehicle auction processes

Employment Type:- Existing, Permanent Full-Time
Compensation & Benefits:- Wage: OTE $96,000-$106,000 (base salary including sales incentive plan)
