About the Opportunity

Altitude Energy Partners is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to promote our services, products, and solutions across our customer base. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and identifying value-driven solutions that support customer needs in the oil and gas service industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying customer needs and proposing Altitude-based solutions.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through consistent communication and a strong understanding of evolving customer challenges.
  • Act as the primary Altitude sales and account contact for current and prospective customers.
  • Create, present, and share performance data, service quality reviews, and service performance verification or validation results with customers.
  • Communicate customer needs clearly and professionally to Sales, Operations, and Repair and Maintenance teams.
  • Document sales activity and maintain accurate customer, account, and opportunity information.
  • Build and maintain professional working relationships with customers, suppliers, peers, leaders, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and lead by example in all interactions.
  • Complete other reasonable duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in oilfield services, preferably in operations and/or sales roles.
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, petroleum engineering, business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process within the oil and gas service industry.
  • Proven experience developing, implementing, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Proven ability to maintain existing business while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
