Full Job Description

The Sales Account Manager is accountable for driving sales growth across an assigned U.S. region by deepening customer relationships, converting product and performance insights into compelling value propositions, and managing a disciplined regional sales plan. This role requires a proven sales professional who can independently navigate customer relationships, influence buying decisions, collaborate across Aristocrat, and consistently grow variety and volume of game sales. Previous game sales experience is welcome, but not required.

What You Will Do

  • Own and implement a regional sales plan that increases game variety, sales volume, and Aristocrat share of wallet across assigned customer accounts.

  • Develop trusted customer relationships with casino operators, decision makers, and influencers by understanding their business plans, floor strategy, and profitability goals.

  • Analyze game performance, customer data, placement dynamics, competitive context, and market trends in partnership with Commercial Strategy to prioritize opportunities and target accounts.

  • Create and deliver persuasive, customer-specific value pitches that connect game mechanics, player appeal, and floor performance to customer profitability.

  • Lead sales conversations through discovery, proposal, objection handling, negotiation support, and next-step commitment with clarity and rigor.

  • Collaborate with studio heads and game developers to understand the product roadmap, game highlights, player drivers, and launch priorities, then translate those insights for customers.

  • Partner with Sales leadership, product, marketing, finance, and commercial teams to align customer opportunities, deal strategy, and execution requirements.

  • Maintain accurate account planning, pipeline visibility, customer follow-up, and regional opportunity tracking.

What We Are Looking For

  • University Degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent mid-career sales experience.

  • Demonstrated success in business-to-business sales, account management, territory management, or consultative selling.

  • Ability to interpret commercial data and customer signals to develop a targeted sales approach.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, objection-handling, and customer relationship skills.

  • Ability to travel regularly within an assigned U.S. sales region.

Preferred Backgrounds and Transferable Experience

  • Experience in land-based gaming, casino supplier sales, hospitality technology, pharmaceutical sales, medical devices, alcohol / beverage sales, or revenue-driving software sales.

  • Experience selling products where value must be linked to customer profitability, utilization, performance outcomes, or share growth.

  • Familiarity with structured territory planning, customer segmentation, and pipeline management.

Pay Range

$105,000 - $195,000 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
