Compensation: ~$125K base, $250K+ OTE (uncapped commission)
The OpportunityThis is an Account Executive role at a company that genuinely cannot keep pace with its inbound demand. You will close a strong mix of inbound leads while also running your own prospecting, primarily through LinkedIn. Legal tech is a massive greenfield, with firms still replacing legacy systems, and the products are exceptionally sticky. As the company scales toward larger and enterprise firms, strong performers will have room to grow.
You will work directly with a sharp, fast-moving sales team and the founders, with high ownership and the chance to work hands-on with customers.
Responsibilities- Close a mix of inbound and self-sourced opportunities
- Run targeted outbound prospecting, primarily via LinkedIn
- Present professionally and credibly to attorneys and firm leaders
- Work directly with customers, including occasional onsite visits
- Travel roughly once a month for conferences and client meetings
Requirements- Prior Account Executive experience with a track record of closing (not a step-up SDR role)
- Strong sales fundamentals, ideally trained at a high-caliber sales org
- Professional presentation skills suited to selling to lawyers
- High energy and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: startup or early-stage experience, legal tech or legal industry background, a fast promotion track record, or a college athlete background
