COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

Sheer Logistics is a 4PL & 3PL focused on value-based and technology-enabled supply chain solutions, service excellence, and long-term customer partnerships. We're looking for an experienced Account (Sales) Executive to drive new logo acquisition and long-term client growth. This is a hunter role for a proven seller who wants to close deals, leverage support resources for successful execution & growth, and stay connected to the clients they win.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Close new logo business from targeted shippers
  • Own and grow the accounts you secure, driving retention and expansion
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close
  • Partner with Account Management, Operations, and shared services to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • 5-7+ years of successful sales experience invalue-based3PLTruckload & Multi-modal services
  • Proven track record of closing new business and exceedingsalesgoals
  • Strong consultative selling and executive-level communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work across departments and roles

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary and commission plan.

RANGE: $100,000 TO $150,000 plus commission

Work Location: Sheer's Chicago or Atlanta office.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands: This role is mostly office based with travel required as needed.
