About the role

This is a quota-carrying Account Executive role based in our Soho, NYC office. You'll own deals end to end, from meeting booked to close, selling Meow to founders, CFOs, and treasurers at crypto companies. You'll work outbound, warm intros, and the NYC event circuit, with the product, the customer logos, and the team behind you.

What you'll do
  • Build a pipeline of crypto companies from first touch to funded account
  • Run sharp discovery and pitch Meow to skeptical, technical buyers who care about trust and social proof, not feature lists
  • Work warm paths through people who trust you instead of blasting cold
  • Show up at the dinners and events, follow up, and turn handshakes into accounts
  • Feed what you learn back to the team so the pitch keeps getting sharper
What we're looking for
  • 2 to 5 years in sales or BD with quota you actually carried and hit
  • You get finance and crypto. You can explain stablecoins, yield, and why FDIC insurance matters without reading off a sheet
  • Hungry. You'd rather figure it out than wait to be told
  • Well connected, or able to build a network fast and thoughtfully
  • Comfortable owning a number and closing sharp, skeptical buyers
  • Someone who can balance following a working playbook with enough creativity to test new strategies and bring them to the team.
Compensation

$110K to $150K base depending on experience, with $250K OTE all-in. Commission is uncapped and revenue-based, so the more you close, the more you make, with no ceiling. You'd be the 7th hire on the sales team.
