About the roleWe are looking for someone who can walk into a room of executives at a 500+ location, multi-billion-dollar brand and change how they buy technology.
This is not a seat-filling role on an existing enterprise motion - it's a chance to help build one. You will own a defined enterprise territory end to end: identifying the accounts worth chasing, building the relationships and business case that get a deal moving, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder contracts that most sellers would walk away from. Ideally, you've done this before - as a founding or first enterprise AE somewhere else - and know what it takes to stand up an enterprise pipeline from nothing.
F&B experience isn't a nice-to-have here - it's the price of entry. You've sold into multi-location F&B, hospitality, or retail brands, sat across the table from operators, and know how they actually think and buy. On top of that, you need to multithread a VP and C-suite buying committee, run a 3-9 month sales cycle without losing momentum, and carry - and beat - a serious quota.
This role is for someone who wants to build the enterprise motion at a fast-growing company, not join one that's already on autopilot.
What you'll do- Own a defined enterprise territory end to end - from account strategy and pipeline generation through to negotiation and close.
- Multithread VP- and C-suite stakeholders (CMO, COO, CTO, CRO) to build the business case, ROI analysis, and references that move large, multi-location brands to "yes."
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes - procurement, legal, and security review - across extended sales cycles.
- Prioritize new logo acquisition within large enterprise brands, while growing existing strategic accounts.
- Build and refine the playbooks, processes, and operating rhythms our enterprise motion still needs.
- Keep the CRM and pipeline data accurate daily, and forecast monthly and quarterly with precision.
- Generate short-term wins while playing the long game on revenue.
RequirementsYou might be a fit if- You have a proven track record as an Enterprise Account Executive - ideally including founding or first-AE experience building an enterprise motion from scratch.
- You have deep, hands-on experience selling into multi-location F&B, hospitality, or retail brands - this is required, not a nice-to-have.
- You have 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with real experience selling to enterprise organizations (500+ locations, or equivalent scale).
- You are comfortable selling to and multithreading VP- and C-suite stakeholders at large organizations.
- You have consistently carried and exceeded a significant annual quota, closing deals typically in the $80K-$150K+ ACV range.
- You can manage long, complex sales cycles (typically 3-9 months) involving multiple stakeholders, procurement, and legal.
- You have strong executive presence and negotiation skills, backed by real analytical rigor.
- You hold a BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
What success looks likeWithin your first year, you will have closed several marquee enterprise logos, built a repeatable playbook for how Momos wins large, multi-location accounts, and become the seller other AEs look to when a deal gets complicated.
