Make Your Mark:
We are seeking a results-oriented ABM Manager to own the strategy and execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for our North American market. This role is critical in driving pipeline with our most strategic target accounts, accelerating deal velocity, and delivering highly personalized buyer experiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B marketing, a passion for data-driven campaign optimization, and a proven track record of collaborating closely with sales teams to achieve revenue goals.

You'll Get To:
  • ABM Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ABM strategy for North America, encompassing 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many campaign models.
  • Plan, build, and optimize multi-channel campaigns using tactics such as personalized email, targeted digital advertising, direct mail, webinars, and executive events.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to define and tier target account lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and strategic priorities for the region.
  • Sales Collaboration & Enablement:
  • Act as the primary marketing contact for the North American sales team, fostering strong alignment on ABM goals, execution, and follow-up.
  • Co-develop account and contact engagement plans with individual sales representatives and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
  • Equip the sales team with ABM campaign insights, messaging guides, and tools to ensure effective and timely outreach.
  • Performance & Measurement:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting dashboards to measure ABM program effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, focusing on account engagement, pipeline influence, deal acceleration, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Provide regular performance updates to marketing and sales leadership, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Content & Personalization:
  • Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing teams to adapt messaging and create targeted content assets that resonate with specific accounts and industries.
  • Leverage account insights to personalize campaign messaging, creative, and calls-to-action to enhance relevance and drive engagement.


What You'll Bring:
  • Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a significant focus on account-based marketing or enterprise demand generation.
  • Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proven experience planning and executing integrated ABM campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and how to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high degree of initiative, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Strategic Skills Required:
  • Ability to think strategically and connect ABM programs to broader business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a customer-centric approach.
  • Comfortable presenting strategies and performance metrics to stakeholders at all levels.

Salary Range:
$143,000.00-$179,000.00

Pay Transparency Statement:

Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location.

In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.

We are committed to pay transparency and ensuring candidates have clear information about compensation expectations. For roles that include variable incentive components such as an Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP) or On-Target Earnings (OTE), the compensation structure may follow a split model - for example, a 50/50, 70/30, or 60/40 ratio between base salary and variable incentive.
