Role Overview: 3DE Case ExperienceThe 3DE Case Experience position serves as the on-the-ground case-methodology expert, bridging the business and education sectors to design and lead high-quality case experiences that maximize student and teacher engagement. In this role, the Case Experience personnel also coaches Launch Teachers toward increased instructional confidence and maturity, while contributing insight and perspective that informs regional and senior leadership decision-making.
Core Responsibilities- Case Effectiveness & Instructional Modeling
- Plan effectively for case units by reviewing cases to gain a deep understanding of the industry partner, case scenario, and instructional demands
- Identify instructional bridges and include diverse strategies and resources that enhance relevance, rigor, and accessibility for students
- Design and develop high-quality, customized case launch experiences and resource packages suited to each classroom and school
- Teach the case launch lesson as a demonstration classroom, intentionally modeling case-method and project-based instructional practices that teachers can transfer to future instruction.
- Facilitate engaging discussions, incorporate structured debate, and foster student choice aligned to 3DE's competencies.
- Collaborate with Launch Teachers to structure classrooms in preparation for case activation, adjusting support based on student progress and instructional readiness.
- Teacher Support & Student Outcomes
- Plan and support Launch Teachers through consistent, high-quality planning meetings to scope case units, align pacing, and embed 3DE curriculum within core coursework.
- Coach Launch Teachers toward increased instructional independence and confidence in case methodology, adjusting support based on teacher experience and growth
- Serve as a thought partner to Launch Teachers throughout the case cycle, providing feedback and reflective coaching
- Motivate and coach Launch Teachers to lead teacher cohorts effectively and pursue 3DE certification
- Build and sustain strong relationships that encourage risk-taking, innovation, and continuous improvement in instructional practice.
- Track and analyze Quality Assurance and Class Effectiveness metrics to assess instructional progress and student readiness, using data to inform coaching conversations.
Desired Experience- Education
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Instructional Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of middle or high school classroom teaching experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting adult learners through coaching, facilitation, or instructional leadership
- Strong understanding of Case-Method or Project-Based Learning instructional practices
- Proficient in instructional support or differentiation practices with an ability to balance direct instructional support with coaching through influence
- Data-informed mindset with experience using instructional or quality metrics to guide decisions
- Relationship Building
- Proven track record of successful relationship building and management with a variety of key stakeholders
- Ability to be solution-oriented and collaborative with all stakeholders
- Proficient in the Use of Technology & Written/Verbal Communication
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills with experience adapting style based on the needs and perspectives of audiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, E-learning technologies, etc.

- Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000; commensurate with experience
