As an Implementation Manager at Drata, you will play a crucial role in onboarding and guiding customers through the successful adoption of our software solutions. By understanding their business needs, configuring the platform accordingly, and leading them through the implementation process, you will ensure a seamless transition that helps customers achieve their security and compliance goals.

Work closely with Enterprise & Commercial Sales teams to understand specific market priorities and inform and shape customer and prospect-facing programs contributing to pipeline and opportunity creation.
Responsible for bringing new customers on board and consistently growing revenue by exceeding revenue targets/quota; build and manage your pipeline of prospects; become an expert on a region and understanding the complexities of that specific market.
Partner with Solutions Engineers and Account Executives to support strategic deals and customer engagements; support technical proof of concepts and demonstrations, helping to simplify the buyer’s journey.
