Nexthink company culture

According to Bados, the best part of the company culture is the diversity among the team.

“If you look at our management team, you will see people from North Africa, from Spain, from Switzerland, from the U.S., from Ireland. So that’s only the management team, right? Seven people,” Bados said. “So if you go to one level below, you can see 20 nationalities and then you go to entire company there is 34 nationalities…and there is no one nationality which is like 50% of the company.”

“That gives us different points of view,” Bados said. “Also, being very global, everybody feels at home because we don’t have really a culture very tied to a country, and I think that’s powerful.”

Nexthink values

The company has four core values:

  1. Positive attitude
  2. One team
  3. Getting things done

Interview advice from CEO Pedro Bados

“I would say just to be direct and transparent from the first moment,” Bados said when asked his advice for anyone interviewing at Nexthink.

Nexthink values candidates who are genuine and natural in their interviews, not those who try to be something that they are not.

“They show what they are with strengths and weaknesses and then they show passion about their job,” Bados said.

Bados likes to see competitive people, candidates who want to be the best in the world at what they do.

“We are hiring massively in the U.S., so if people are reading this interview and this article, and they feel that they can contribute today to our mission, I’m more than happy to take their calls and to see if there is a possibility to work at Nexthink,” Bados said.
