Full Job Description
We're looking for a Workplace Technology Platforms Lead for a remote role.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5 years of hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services
  • Experience with:
    • SharePoint Online (site design, permissions, metadata, content types, migration), Microsoft Teams administration, and OneDrive management
    • Business-level knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and how collaboration tools enable productivity at scale
  • Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), including governance considerations noted in workflow support discussions
  • Understanding of enterprise governance, data retention, information protection, and compliance principles
  • Strong business acumen to evaluate platform decisions based on value, risk, cost, and user impact
  • Ability to own platform strategy, operating model, and roadmap aligned to organizational goals
  • People management skills, including prioritization, coaching, and performance accountability

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the Microsoft 365 platform strategy, operating model, and forward-looking roadmap aligned to business priorities and productivity outcomes
  • Establish and enforce standards for platform usage (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), balancing user experience, risk, cost, and scalability
  • Define and maintain enterprise M365 governance, including lifecycle management, data retention, classification, and acceptable use
  • Serve as the primary business liaison between internal team for compliance, and risk requirements
  • Lead adoption and change strategies to ensure effective, consistent use of M365 across the organization
  • Sponsor major initiatives (e.g., SharePoint Online migrations), minimizing disruption and maximizing business value

Preferred Experience and Certifications:
  • Microsoft certifications (MS700, MS720, MS600, SC300, PL200, etc.)
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale SharePoint or workflow migrations
  • Background in digital workplace transformation, ECM, or cloud governance programs

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $95,000.
