Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Experience managing vendors and external contractors
• Ability to plan and manage multi-site budgets
• Understanding of health and safety standards
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance operations teams for workspace upkeep
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities across multiple studio sites
• Supervise contractors for renovation and improvement projects
• Manage service providers in collaboration with local teams
• Define and manage a pan-Canadian maintenance and project budget
• Plan annual maintenance programs for studio spaces
• Support the Art at Ubisoft Montreal program, including art collection preservation
• Monitor equipment and materials inventory and manage orders
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies across sites
• Travel to support multi-site operations as required
