  • Lead quarterly or recurring executive reviews to share how data storytelling resulted in concrete actions, policy changes, or strategic pivots
  • Identify the "what" in prioritized insights, and aligned recommendations to business goals
  • Share the outcomes achieved after leadership acted on your recommendations

You elevate analytics from reporting to enablement

  • How you influence the design of your products to continuously improve adoption, usability, and decision-making
  • Examples where your partnership with BI and analytics developers resulted in faster insights, better self-service, or improved stakeholder trust

  • Proven ability to partner with BI teams and leverage tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or similar platforms, supported by a strong quantitative foundation (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Engineering, I/O Psychology). Workday / Avature experience preferred
  • Proven track record of translating data analysis and research findings into easy-to-understand, actionable recommendations for teammates of various levels, in different departments.
