Responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday and other HRIS platforms. Analyzes, configures, implements, and supports Workday HCM solutions to ensure accurate employee data management and efficient HR processes, including payroll, benefits, recruiting, performance management, and learning. Drives system enhancements, automation, and process improvements to support organizational and business needs.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of our HRIS systems, with a focus on the Workday platform, ensuring that the HR systems meet the needs of the organization and provide efficient solutions for HR processes & automation. Analyze, designs, implements, and supports Workday HCM solutions to ensure the effective management of employee data, payroll, benefits, recruitment, performance management, and learning.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
- Configures and customizes the Workday HCM module to align with business needs.
- Regularly update and maintain the system for compliance, feature enhancements, and process improvements.
- Oversees data integrity and ensure consistent data standards within Workday HCM.
- Supports data migration efforts during implementations or updates.
- Creates and manages custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday to provide insights for HR and management teams.
- Ensures data accuracy and provide real-time access to key metrics.
- Collaborates with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet organizational goals.
- Provides recommendations on system optimizations and integrations.
- Conducts testing for new configurations, integrations, and system updates.
- Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues, escalating to Workday support as necessary.
- Provides end-user training and support for HR teams and managers.
- Develops documentation, guides, and training materials for Workday HCM users.
- Leads or supports Workday HCM implementation projects, including project planning, milestone tracking, and resource coordination.
EDUCATION:
Requires Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
EXPERIENCE:
- 4+ years in HR Systems support, with 2 - 3+ years specifically in Workday HCM support
- Workday HCM configuration/troubleshooting experience within multiple fields (HCM, Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, Performance management modules)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules, such as Core HCM, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
- Familiarity with Workday reporting, security configurations, business process frameworks, and integrations.
- Strong ability to analyze HR processes and data, as well as to design and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with HR teams, IT, and business stakeholders, and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience in leading projects, organizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
