As a Senior Integrations Consultant specializing in Workday Integrations, you'll play a pivotal role in our team, leveraging your advanced expertise to drive impactful solutions across our business lines.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the entire integration development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to deployment and ongoing maintenance, ensuring seamless technical support.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of all available Workday Integration Tools, including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio, to architect and develop robust integrations.
Provide configuration expertise across Workday projects, ensuring adherence to security protocols and driving governance and management initiatives across all modules.
Design and develop technical solutions aligned with business requirements, utilizing components such as EIB, Report Based, Studio, SOA, and BPEL integrations.
Drive improvements through the optimization and automation of manual processes, enhancing scalability and efficiency within the Workday environment.
Act as the primary point of contact for monitoring and triaging Workday-related IT issues, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand end-user needs and streamline system processes.
Exhibit excellent verbal, analytical, and written communication skills, fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels and providing responsive decision-making to drive business results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday cloud enterprise applications and Workday Studio, demonstrating proficiency in building, testing, and deploying integrations.
Active Workday certification(s)
Deep understanding of system configuration within Workday HCM modules (Core, Compensation, Absence, Talent and Performance, Learning), along with experience in Workday Security configuration and support.
Expertise in Workday Master Data design and configuration to meet evolving business needs, coupled with strong proficiency in building and maintaining EIBs, Connectors, XSLT, Workday Studio, and BIRT.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Professional Services Automation systems (PSA), and interface, networking, and data warehousing technologies.
Strong knowledge of Web Services, XML, and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards), as well as cloud-based multi-tenant systems.
Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $102,500 - $139,700. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $112,800 - $153,700. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $117,900 - $160,600. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
