Workday Recruiting & Learning Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA

Work Schedule: Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote

Salary Range: $130,000 - $135,000
Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting & Learning Analyst to serve as the primary functional owner of the Workday Recruiting and Learning Management (LMS) modules. This individual will play a critical role in supporting ongoing optimization initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders, and helping prepare the organization for future AI-enabled workforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring a consultative mindset, strong Workday functional expertise, and proven experience managing stakeholder expectations while driving system enhancements and strategic roadmap initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the functional lead and subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting and Learning modules.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Recruiting and Learning functionality.
  • Partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and business leaders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Lead testing efforts for system enhancements, updates, and optimization initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate project status, risks, and business impacts.
  • Maintain functional roadmaps and support long-term strategic planning efforts.
  • Provide consultative guidance to business partners on best practices and Workday capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Workday team members responsible for other functional areas.
  • Support ongoing Workday optimization efforts in partnership with external consulting partners.
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on organizational readiness for AI-enabled HR technologies and future workforce transformation.
Current Initiatives
  • Partnering with Accenture on a comprehensive Workday optimization and transformation program.
  • Supporting significant Learning and Talent initiatives extending through 2027.
  • Driving cross-functional calibration and process improvement efforts across Recruiting and Learning.
  • Preparing Workday data, processes, and configurations to support future AI enablement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Workday functional experience.
  • Hands-on expertise with Workday Recruiting and Workday Learning.
  • Strong experience with Workday configuration, testing, and production support.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing business expectations and translating requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across functional teams.
  • Strong communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting large-scale Workday optimization initiatives.
  • Experience working alongside consulting partners such as Accenture.
  • Familiarity with AI readiness initiatives, workforce technology transformation, and HR digital strategy.
  • Experience in mature Workday environments with multiple functional workstreams.
