We9re looking for a Workday Configuration Analyst to join the People Team!

• What you9ll do:
  • Configure and support existing Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning) and add new functionality as necessary
  • Build out and optimize our Workday ecosystem
  • Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) across teams
  • Handle projects with ambiguity from design to implementation and often setting your own direction with minimal aid from leadership
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues
  • Create advanced reports using complex calculated fields
  • Perform ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure data integrity
  • Train and mentor junior configuration specialists
  • Create functional and technical systems documentation

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor9s Degree in Information Technology or closely related, or equivalent years of experience in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of Workday configuration experience with Workday modules

• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Workday Payroll Certification

Compensation:

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate9s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate9s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base salary range for this position is $98,000-$146,000 annually.

Zone B:
The base salary range for this position is $93,000-$139,000 annually.

Zone C:
The base salary range for this position is $83,000-$124,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
