Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; OR 4 years of equivalent experience (experience may substitute year-for-year).
Experience Requirements:
- Experience on multiple projects as a project leader or subject matter expert.
- Experience on medium to high complexity projects across multiple technical areas.
- Experience mentoring/coaching junior technical staff.
• Preferred Qualifications- Led large-scale digital transformation or legacy system modernization initiatives.
- Experience in hybrid architecture design (on-premise, cloud, SaaS/COTS integration).
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
- Hands-on Waterfall project management experience.
- Proficient in web technologies: JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue), HTML/CSS, REST APIs, Node.js, .NET, Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
- Deep knowledge of data modeling, databases, and system interoperability.
- Ability to build scalable, secure, and maintainable web architectures.
- Experience creating architecture diagrams, roadmaps, and system interface designs.
- Skilled in SaaS/COTS solution evaluation and integration.
- Experienced in application rationalization and technical debt reduction.
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, BAs, product owners).
- Mentoring experience ensuring architectural consistency across teams.
- Ability to present architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong vendor management and third-party solution assessment skills.
Scope of Work / Responsibilities- Gather business requirements and translate into web architecture solutions.
- Analyze specs, plan/design/develop solutions using Internet/Intranet/Extranet architecture.
- Provide documentation for design decisions, assumptions, and performance metrics.
- Responsible for minimizing issues between client/server applications and overall Web architecture design.
