As the Global Private Bank KYC Data Domain Product Manager in the KYC Data team, you will lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of KYC data products. Our KYC Data team shapes the standards, architecture, and delivery of KYC data products, enabling secure, compliant, and scalable solutions across the firm. We collaborate closely with business, technology, and risk partners to deliver high-quality data products that support regulatory, operational, and businessobjectives.

You will define and implement data standards, partner with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions and ensure operational excellence across the data lifecycle. Your leadership will drive the adoption of best practices in data governance, quality, and AI-enabled development, while mentoring and developing talent within the team. Job responsibilities

• Define and execute a vision and roadmap for KYC data, coveringcreate/capture,ingestion, storage, and distribution to supportconsumer needs and supportinteroperability with adjacent domains.
• Provide thought leadership toanticipateand respond to changes in how data products are delivered and managed, particularly as AI reshapes processes and team structures.
• Collaborate with data architecture and application teams toestablishconceptual and logical modeling direction for KYC, includingdomain structure,canonicalconcepts, boundaries, and relationships.
• Ensure alignment acrossenterprisewith cleardata authorityof golden, sourced, and derived data assets.
• Guidethe KYC data distribution portfolio, including batch and service delivery patterns, SLAs/SLOs, schema/versioning policies, and deprecation strategies.
• Develop and enforce productusecontracts, data access/entitlement patterns, privacy/PII controls, retention policies,BCBS 239,and audit/change governance.
• Identifydata risk and design for risk mitigation in the data lifecycle.Support internal and external auditsregardingdata management within the KYC domain.
• Support resolution of data quality items within the KYC domain and collaborate with other domains to resolve complex data quality issues.
• Guide cross-functional delivery across multipleteamsand stakeholders, managing dependencies, risks, and sequencing.
• Support regulatory and audit requirements within the KYC or related data domains.
• Mentor and develop associates, set performance expectations, and build capabilities in modeling, product management, and datagovernance.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Possess a minimum of5years KYCdomainexperience;demonstrateknowledge of regulatory expectations, industry best practices,and industry challenges.
• Possess a minimum of3years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Data Product leadership.
• Exhibit strong fluency in conceptual and logical data modeling.
• Understand the full client lifecycle, from lead generation through ongoing relationship management.
• Demonstrate experience with metadata/lineage/cataloguse anddata product discoverability.
