Full Job Description
Position Title: Wealth Advisor

This role is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to start a private wealth advisory practice in Dallas. The selected candidate will build on existing relationships with insurance producers to grow the book of business. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to client acquisition and a strong foundation in wealth planning. The ideal candidate will be prepared to engage in both warm and cold outreach while navigating the complexities of financial planning. This position offers significant potential for growth and development within a supportive team environment.

Wealth Advisor Responsibilities:
  • Build a book of business from scratch, utilizing marketing resources and cross-selling opportunities
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to deliver comprehensive financial planning
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team, including a Portfolio Manager and administrative support
  • Engage in proactive outreach to expand client base
  • Maintain a focus on high-value clients, typically ranging from $1 million to $3 million in assets

Wealth Advisor Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience as a financial advisor with strong expertise in wealth planning, investments, and tax strategy
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and business development
  • RIA background is required
  • Series 65 certification is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
  • CFP designation is preferred
  • Experience with Moneyguide Pro is preferred
