Position Overview

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind evolving the warehouse operations to meet the demands of our production and supply chain initiatives. You'll redesign layouts, adopt cutting-edge systems, and implement lean principles to eliminate waste while engaging your team in becoming a high-performing, forward-thinking workforce. Every decision you make will contribute to shaping a smarter, more efficient future for our plant and inventory systems.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Develop and execute a warehouse transformation roadmap aligned with supply chain strategy.
  • Lead the adoption of modern warehouse technologies, improving inventory accuracy and material flow.

  • Transition from traditional inventory practices to lean, pull-based material flow systems.

To thrive in this role, you have:
  • A bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or related field (preferredbut not required - better experience counts).
  • Proven track record of transforming warehouse operations into scalable, efficient environments.
  • Solid understanding of Lean principles and their application in warehouse management.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and familiarity with WMS technologies.
  • Leadership skills to build, coach, and inspire teams during periods of change.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and the capability to translate high-level goals into actionable results.

Physical Demands:
  • Occasional walking, standing, or lifting as necessary in warehouse environments.
  • Ability to navigate warehouse spaces for assessments and improvements.
  • Frequently walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Frequently required to climb stairs, steps, and ladders
  • Frequently required to work on elevated platforms.
  • Perform work overhead.
  • Occasionally lift and move at-most 40 pounds.

The pay range for this position is $74,664.00 - $87,924.00 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
