Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Enforce safety and quality standards while promoting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Foster teamwork and create team goals and procedures
  • Manage operations related to docks, trailer routing, and freight scheduling
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
  • Support lean initiatives for operational improvement
  • Track KPIs and audit operations to ensure compliance with standards

  • Expected Pay Range is $68,928.00-$95,809.50


What you'll do...

  • Enforce safety and quality standards, and lead by example in promoting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

  • Foster teamwork and collaboration, and develop team goals and procedures.

  • Manage dock operations, trailer routing, and freight scheduling. Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.

  • Support and participate in lean initiatives to enhance operational excellence.

  • Track KPIs, audit operations, and address deficiencies to ensure adherence to standards.


What you'll need...

  • Two (2) years supervisory experience with strong leadership and management skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Three (3) years of experience in a warehouse environment

  • Previous plant production software experience

  • Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes and procedures

  • Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes
