Overview

As a Warehouse Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of products through our distribution network, leading day-to-day warehouse operations and driving exceptional service, safety, and performance. You will be responsible for optimizing inventory and logistics processes, leading change initiatives, and delivering key business outcomes while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

  • Manage the receiving and delivery of raw materials/finished products in a timely manner
  • Utilize docks, warehouse layout, and route truck loading patterns that minimize loading time
  • Ensure the optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs
  • Provide timely service to sales department while minimizing warehouse and production costs
  • Develop and motivate your team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
  • Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impact
  • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Build people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel
  • Maintain the inventory system to aid in production scheduling
  • Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards and training
  • Identify and execute productivity opportunities to help facility meet annual operating plan
  • You will have a regular presence on the plant floor and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
  • This role may operate forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionally
  • Requires off-shift and weekend work with some travel (less than 5%)
  • Build reports and report out on KPIs to upper management demonstrating high levels of ownership and business knowledge
  • Own warehouse KPIs

Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,600 - $123,150.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
