  • Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management activities.
  • Direct design integration efforts to ensure constructability, efficiency, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Partner with construction leadership to identify innovative solutions that reduce cost, accelerate schedules, and improve project delivery.
  • Facilitate coordination meetings and provide leadership throughout project execution.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary to achieve project goals.
  • Lead project pursuit activities, including proposal development, technical approaches, staffing plans, and interview presentations.
  • Review contracts and manage contractual compliance, change orders, and claims avoidance strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to company quality standards, transportation agency requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Support mentoring, coaching, and professional development of project managers, design managers, and technical staff.
  • Collaborate with business development leaders to identify and capture new transportation design-build opportunities.
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across project teams.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on project status, financial performance, risks, and key milestones.

What You'll Need:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
