Job Title:

VP, Product Management, Security Platforms

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Vice President of Product Management will lead our Security Platforms portfolio. This accomplished and visionary executive will execute portfolio strategy, drive innovation, and ensure market leadership in protecting organizations against advanced AI-powered threats via AI/secops capabilities, threat intelligence and ultimately portfolio-wide detection technologies. As a key member of the Product leadership team, you will partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Enablement to define and execute a cohesive product roadmap that aligns with our mission to deliver trusted, enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions.

About the Role:
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SecOps, Threat Intelligence, Base Platforms and Detection.
    • Anticipate market shifts, competitive trends, and emerging threats to ensure the product line stays ahead of attackers and delivers customer value.
    • Align product investments with company strategy, revenue goals, and customer needs.
  • Product Execution
    • Lead product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, and iteration.
    • Prioritize and balance short-term deliverables with long-term innovation and platform differentiation.
    • Partner with Engineering leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.
  • Customer & Market Focus
    • Deeply understand customer use cases, regulatory requirements, and operational challenges in email and collaboration security.
    • Act as a thought leader in the cybersecurity space, engaging with analysts, customers, and partners.
    • Champion the voice of the customer to ensure products deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive go-to-market excellence.
    • Build strong relationships with strategic partners (cloud providers, SaaS collaboration platforms, etc.) to enhance product value.
    • Ensure effective enablement and positioning for field teams.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team with a strong culture of accountability and innovation.
    • Foster collaboration across global teams and time zones .

About You:
  • 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years in global leadership roles within cybersecurity or adjacent enterprise SaaS domains.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling Threat Intelligence, Security Operations and/or Cloud Security products.
  • Deep understanding of threat landscapes, data security, compliance requirements, and enterprise buyer needs.
  • Your background should include highly effective business and technical acumen combined with ability to translate complex technical capabilities into customer value and revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Your career history must include experience growing and performance managing distributed teams of 8+ team members while collaborating across global markets.
