  • Establish KPIs and operational reporting that provide visibility into firm and group performance and opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with Finance and Strategy on budgeting, forecasting, operational planning, and business performance reviews
  • Partner with People and HR leadership to ensure organizational design, workforce planning, and people processes support operational excellence
  • Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to implement new systems, workflows, and AI-enabled processes across the network
  • Support change management initiatives, helping leaders successfully adopt new ways of working
  • Build strong relationships with partners and senior leaders across our partner law firms, acting as a trusted advisor on operational matters
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and data-driven decision-making

What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years of operations experience within professional services, legal, consulting, financial services, healthcare, or another complex, multi-site, portfolio environment
  • Experience leading operations across multiple business units, regions, or acquired companies
  • Demonstrated success implementing scalable operating models in high-growth organizations
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance operational improvements alongside financial outcomes
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior executives and business owners
  • Experience working closely with Finance, People/HR, and technology functions
  • Strong analytical skills and a strong use of operational metrics to drive decision-making
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale operational change initiatives
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, low-ego approach
  • Experience in M&A integration is a bonus
  • Experience within legal services or other regulated professional services is a strong advantage
